As much as we want you to love your new Walks, we understand that sometimes you may have a need to consider returning or exchanging. If such situation occurs, we promise to do our very best to make the process as easy as ordering. 

Before a return and exchange, here are some important things to take note:


  1. We only accept unworn shoes in mint condition in its original packaging within 20 days of the receipt of purchase.
  2. All returns/exchanges must be in the exact same condition as when it was sent to you. Shoes with any signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address at the customers’ expense. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the purchase. Examples of signs of wear include: Creasing on the leather upper part of the shoe or back of the heel, scuffing on the sole or any visible scratches.
  3. We understand that you can’t wait to try on your new shoes, however, please remember to be gentle and use a shoe horn when slipping them on!
  4. If your returned merchandise arrived without its original packaging (e.g missing shoe box/dust bags, shoe accessories included), a 15% deduction fee will be applied.
  5. A one time free exchange will be allowed for shoes within Singapore only (Bundle/free gifts are non-exchangeable)
  6. Shipping fees apply for exchanges outside Singapore
  7. If you are not sure whether your item fulfils the condition requirements, please email us at greetings@gaiuswalks.com with pictures that clearly shows the upper, sides, heels and bottom sole of both sides of the shoes.
  8. Used, altered and promotional/sale items including gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
